FAQs

• After you order, we will provide an email address to send your photos and information.
• We will reach out to confirm and discuss the details you would like to see in your artwork. It takes approximately 14 business days to complete the sketch.
• The sketch is sent to you so you may have the opportunty to make sure the drawing is a great likeness!
• Once approved, it takes approximately 14 business days to complete your final color art.
• The high resolution art is sent to you so you can have it printed at the printer of your choice.  
• If you wish for us to arrange for your artwork to be printed professionally, we will be happy to provde a printing quote at that time.

Will it look like me?  Will I like the way I look?

• Your drawing will be flattering and accurate! If you would like for us to emphasize (or downplay) a feature, please let us know. Once you see your sketch, please let us know  if there is anything you would like for us to change. Generally speaking, the first sketch is right on target! However, if you would like for us to change anything, please let us know!  We are always happy to make adjuatments to your drawing to ensure you love the way you look! 

I'm in a rush!  Do you offer rush service?

• We do offer rush service for an additional fee. Please send us a message via our "contact us" page for more information.

Who is the artist?

• All artwork is custom drawn by illustrator Devin Hunt, who has over 20 years experience drawing cute and flattering caricatures for clients around the world!  His work has been featured in Huffington Post Weddings, Style Me Pretty, Four Weddings, and more! 
• All artwork and wording will be retained as part of our artwork portfolio, and may be used for advertising and promotional purposes
